Staffing Augmentation

Staffing your Project Development effort requires many levels of technical, business and management expertise. There are several ways in which KVG Consultants can assist in your system development efforts. In addition to their assigned tasks, throughout the development effort, as questions come up our Consultant is there to assist your staff. Since our Consultant is assigned to your project, this approach works well to help move the development effort forward with minimal delays.

Management Services

Our teams of experienced KVG Consultants have all the skills necessary to fully implement a project from start to finish. With this approach, the customer defines the functionality that needs to be delivered and goes into action. At customer defined milestones, the work can be reviewed with your resources to ensure that your staff develops the necessary internal understanding to move forward with minimal assistance on future maintenance or enhancement development for the delivered application.

Outsourcing

As part of our consulting services, KVG Consultants can develop systems on an out-sourcing basis. As in the case of the KVG Consultants, the customer would define the functionality to be delivered. The difference with the OUT-SOURCING concept is that the system development is done off-site. This minimizes your company's investment. This approach is ideal if your company is investigating the use development tools and considering the costly purchase of these tools.

Call Centers

Our experienced Client Services staff can assist you with application resolution, on-line data entry,
employment verification, and address updates. Many of our current customers find it more economical
and efficient to have our Customer Service Representatives contact their customers via telephone to validate or complete problem applications or orders. Rejected applications are immediately returned to batch data entry or keyed on-line, significantly reducing the processing time.
