• Use your proven recruiting and/or technical background to identify key talent in the Phoenix, AZ marketplace and manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process.
• Source candidates through our existing database and contacts, advertising campaigns, and direct recruiting.
• Manage the Internet-based recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs.
• Meet with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences and contact peers and supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs.
• Consistent participation in networking organizations and events is encouraged.
• Using a consultative approach, you will make recommendations to clients regarding the top talent available to meet their requirements, manage the expanding consultant base, and provide consistent support and direction to clients and candidates.

The ideal Technical Recruiter must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, recruiting, and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. Candidates should have the following skill sets:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Customer service focused and excellent follow-up.
• Organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Solid understanding of technology trends and solutions, especially .Net (C#/ASP/VB), Java/J2EE/J2ME, SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase/DB2, XHTML/CSS2/AJAX, LAN/WAN.
• Attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills.
• College Degree is mandatory and Bachelors in CS is a plus.
• Technology development experience is a plus.
