Planning & Analysis
One of the more troublesome areas for many organizations to understand and carry out is the PLANNING Phase of the a project. This Phase, also referred to as the high level Information Strategic Plan (ISP), has limited many organizations from successfully implementing corporate wide data processing solutions. The reasons are many, one being the scope of this effort is too large. The KVG Consultant has gone through the ISP Phase and has approaches for quickly moving through this phase.
After completing the ISP, the KVG Consultant will work with your staff and your business clients in selecting, scoping and beginning the first development project. The first phase of the project would be Business Analysis and the KVG Consultant's expertise in Business Analysis can assist you in the following ways:

- JAD for Data and Functional Requirements
- Data and Function Validation
